<b>Instructions for setting up and launching the
Application using WebStart</b></h3></center>
If WebStart has not been previously installed on your workstation, Click
on the WebStart link, follow the steps to download and install WebStart
for Windows. Once the software is installed you will be prompted to close
your Web Browser. After the install is complete you will need to configure
WebStart by performing the following:

Open the WebStart Application</li>
<li>
Click on the Edit Menu, select Preferences</li>
<li>
Click on the Shortcut Options Tab and Select 'Always' for When To Create
Shortcuts</li>
<li>
Click on Java Tab, Ensure that the 1.3.0 version of? the Java Runtime
is selected</li>
<li>
Click on OK to save the settings</li>
</ul>
Restart the Web Browser and return to this page.
<br>Click on Launch Application to install the appropriate application
(Test/Production).? This will start downloading all the necessary
files for the application. Once the downloading is complete a Security
Warning dialog will be presented, click Launch on this dialog. This will
create an icon on the desktop for the application.? After the initial
launch from the website, the Application can be launched through the desktop
shortcuts.
<p>?Applications launched with Java WebStart are cached locally, if
an update is available WebStart will detect this and prompt the user that
next time the application is started the new version will be downloaded.
